Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Product Manager to take ownership of our laser technology standard product portfolio, defining our value proposition and driving go-to-market strategy.
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, preferably in laser technology combined with excellent business acumen and leadership skills. The position will be based in Freiburg/Germany and will require approx.
20% global travel. Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Global Head of Product Management.

• Full ownershio of the product life cycle, from concept to global launch plans and rationalisation for Standard Laser Products/Applications.
• Manage product business performance ensuring product line meets or exceeds the target revenue, profitability and growth targets (P&L accountability).
• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap to enable long-term growth and sustainable success for product line.
• Independently conduct market research and analysis (incl Mekkos) to identify market size, growth rates and drivers and emerging opportunities in the laser industry.
